Check oil levels, monitor temps & pressures, inspect for noise/vibration, check gauges, drain moisture from vessels

Inspect gas filters for contamination, check fittings for leaks, verify safety devices, clean exterior surfaces

Replace oil filter, inspect belt tension, check electrical connections, test emergency shutdown systems
60 Days
Change compressor oil, inspect oil/gas separator, clean inlet scrubber components, check vane/mesh pack
Quarterly
Comprehensive system inspection, verify component alignment, test control system, inspect heat exchanger

Clean vane pack, replace separator filters, full bearing inspection (grease every 100 hrs), check airend condition, inspect heat exchangers
